I enjoyed both the nurse, Kelsey and.. the other woman who's position I do not remember, who I spoke with . The woman who gave my daughter shots was very gentle with her, was not cold after my child cried from her shots, picked her up immediately to comfort and give her to me. Good worker. Kelsey is kind and has always given my daughter good care! Good care when she had a yeast infection, thrush and her dry skin. Always listens to my concerns and looks for how to help/give advice. In general the appointment went well. I Recommend Kelsey!!!

Dr. Kopolka listens and always reviews results of prior visit. She engages my child and asks him questions versus only listening to me. She was willing to see his older brother due to seeing the other brother as well to ensure all 3 kids have the same provider for ease of care. I had just received full custody of the 15 year old because his father had made poor choices and was sentenced to 8 years. She considers the dynamics of me being their great aunt ( my niece passed away) and the impact on the boys' mental health- always checking if they want me in the room when they are sharing about or being asked questions regarding safety. I love that sends the message the kids are being HEARD and respected.
