Emily is a nurse practitioner in developmental pediatrics at Dayton Children's. Emily has been a registered nurse since 2002. Her first job as RN was at Dayton Children’s from 2002-2006 in the transitional care unit. After completing her nurse practitioner degree, she practiced at a primary care setting as an advanced practice nurse, and transitioned back to Dayton Children's in October 2013. Emily joined developmental pediatrics in 2015. She has a special interest in medically complex patients and team-based clinics.

They're always really nice, really friendly. They answer any of my questions. They are very helpful with my daughter, very patient, understanding. And they kind of just walk you through everything. And my daughter always likes going there. She's never scared to go there. Like, she was her normal doctor and stuff. So, yeah, I really appreciate it. And we graduated from there now, so she won't be going back unless we have to for some reason or another. But she's a great provider, and we had a good time with her when we were there.

She, Emily Boone is the best doctors pediatric that (INAUDIBLE) treating my kids for about 4 years now. I recommend her hundred percent. She's listening, she's very helpful in the suggestion. That's the best doctor I ever met at children hospital.
