Woof woof, pet therapy makes first visit to the NICU!
Buffy made a special first time visit to the NICU last week to meet 6-month-old Koltin, who has been a patient since birth. The volunteer services department teamed up with the NICU nursing staff to help provide additional stimulation and sensory opportunities for Koltin.

Buffy is a 3-year old Golden Retriever who knows what it's like to be injured; Buffy has three legs. Buffy's owner Judy has been volunteering at the hospital since February, visiting children in the specialty clinics and greeting families as they enter the outpatient entrances.
