In 2006, Eli Norris suffered a serious foot injury after a lawn mower accident. The eight year old was rushed to Dayton Children’s Hospital where Michael Albert, MD, medical director of pediatric orthopaedics, and his team immediately went to work removing debris from the wound on Eli’s heel. Just last week Eli walked to the stage to become an Eagle Scout! A walk that his parents feared he might not be able to make after his accident.Way to go Eli! http://www.childrensdayton.org/cms/media_releases/b17eb2f70bac4df1/index.html
