    Becky Gonter-Dray is Board Certified as a Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition and works part-time in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit dietitian, Homecare (Children’s Home Health Care of Dayton) and Nutrition Clinic (outpatient nutrition counseling) at Dayton Children’s. Becky also is an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton, teaching in the Health and Sports Science Department. With her husband, Alex, the Gonter-Dray’s have 3 boys ages 8, 5 and 3. They enjoy trying new foods in their house and cooking in the kitchen together. Becky hopes to bring to the Dayton Children’s blog sound nutrition facts and information along with how to provide healthy options for today’s busy families by sharing some of her experiences.

    Dr. Ramey is the vice president for outpatient services at Dayton Children's and writes FamilyWise, a weekly parenting column in the Dayton Daily News that is distributed through the New York Times wire service. He is also a clinical assistant professor of pediatrics at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine.

  • Melissa King DO

    Melissa D King, DO is a part-time general pediatrician at the Children’s Health Clinic at Dayton Children’s. In addition to seeing her own patients at CHC she is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics through Wright State University and works as a preceptor for the pediatric residents and medical students. Dr. King can also be found at the Cassano Health Clinic working with the Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton as a general pediatrician one day a week and intermittently as a pediatrician at the Dayton Children’s Urgent Care of Springboro. Most importantly Dr. King along with her husband Jeff are the proud parents of a toddler girl Audrey and an infant boy Ethan.

    Mommy safety blogger, Jessica Saunders, is the community relations manager at Dayton Children's. She also serves as the coordinator of Safe Kids Greater Dayton, an organization dedicated to preventing childhood injuries. Follow her adventures as the mother of a toddler, sharing safety concerns and tips with the Dayton community.
